Job SummaryThe Certified Nurse Aide will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position with a 2pm-10pm shift.
Responsibilities- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and vital sign measurements.
- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Contribute to resident care plans, sharing knowledge and observations to ensure comprehensive care.
- Report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse, ensuring prompt attention to resident needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license is mandatory.
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
The Certified Nurse Aide will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
