We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Eating Recovery Center. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families.

The Primary Therapist will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to implement individualized treatment plans and provide support to patients and their families.

• Conduct psychotherapy, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field, as well as registration as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy. Experience with individual and family therapy is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,000 to $105,000, depending on experience.
