Job Title: Lounge Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Lounge Bartender to join our team at Hotel Resource. As a Lounge Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to hotel standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and policies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
