CRNA Position

Cedar River Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthetic services in our Renton clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for administering moderate and deep sedation in a safe and professional manner.

• Provide effective anesthetic services, adhering to established standards of care.
• Practice under the direction of the Medical Director, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments, selecting and administering medications and fluids as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans for each patient.
• Consult with providers to ensure seamless anesthesia care.
• Manage patient airways and pulmonary status, selecting and applying appropriate monitoring modalities.
• Administer medications, fluids, or ventilatory support to maintain homeostasis and prevent complications.
• Release patients from post-operative care areas, providing follow-up evaluations and care as needed.
• Respond to emergency situations, providing airway management and basic or advanced cardiac life support techniques.
• Manage CRNA schedules for per diem CRNAs, attend peer review and MAC meetings, and perform operations and administrative duties.

• Current licensure and certification in the State of Washington.
• Current CPR, ACLS, and BCLS certifications.
• Thorough knowledge of anesthetic services and airway management, with experience as a provider under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Scheduling, administrative, and/or administrative experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
