Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Server to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and attractive dining environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks in service and clean up for meals served to residents
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth meal service operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a dietary department in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
