Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

As a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will set the standard for exceptional customer engagement, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:
  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the teller line across multiple bank locations.
  • Coordinating teller schedules to guarantee consistent service availability and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborating with branch leadership to relay critical updates regarding bank policies, procedures, and service offerings to the team.
  • Driving the teller team in cross-selling initiatives, referrals, and new business development to achieve branch performance objectives. Act as a backup for the relationship banker as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Preferred candidates will possess two (2) years of experience as a Teller OR
    • One (1) year of Teller experience combined with successful completion of the BSS Development program OR
    • One (1) year of experience in a supervisory role within a Teller capacity or as a Branch Manager handling Teller responsibilities OR
    • Two (2) years of supervisory experience that includes at least one year in a Teller role OR
    • A Bachelor's degree along with one (1) year of Teller experience.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, policies, procedures, and relevant federal regulations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
