Job Summary:

As a Garment Folder Operator with Aramark Uniform Services, you will play a vital role in our industrial laundry facility. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently handle merchandise into and out of the facility, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove coveralls, smocks, and other merchandise from carts or lift tables
• Manually fold and stack merchandise into various bundle sizes for conveyor placement
• Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet quality standards, reporting findings to the proper person
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to best practices in production activities

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meet attendance schedule and adapt to shift work, including weekends

Working Conditions:

• Work in a warehouse setting, exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme temperatures, and dust and noise
• Repetitive motions over extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for long periods

Education:

High school degree or equivalent preferred
