Christmas Lighting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Christmas Lighting Specialist to join our team for the holiday season. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of holiday lights and decorations at residential and commercial properties.

• Install holiday lighting and decorations on roofs, trees, shrubs, and other structures, ensuring a secure and weather-resistant finish.
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, and equipment to access installation areas, adhering to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with lighting displays, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to our company's high standards.

• Prior experience in lighting installation, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• You must be willing and able to work with ladders and on roofs, demonstrating comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary for effective collaboration and client satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• You can expect to earn a competitive weekly salary, with opportunities to earn commission or hourly rates, whichever is higher on a given day.
• Last year, our installers earned between $1,250 and $2,500 per week during the Christmas lighting season.
