Probate Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at Combs & Schaefer Law Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate and estate planning, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and filing of probate documents, including trust accounts and estate planning documents.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
• Meet and correspond with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of probate court rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism.
