Grooming Technician

We are seeking a skilled Grooming Technician to join our team at Tractor Supply Company. As a Grooming Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pet grooming services to our customers, ensuring their pets receive the highest level of care and attention.

• Provide safe and efficient pet grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, and trimming.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest grooming techniques and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in pet grooming or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
