Mercy Primary Care Clinic is in search of a dedicated full-time (40 hours per week) Patient Services Coordinator to enhance our operations.
Role Summary:
The Patient Services Coordinator serves as the initial point of interaction for our patients, necessitating a representation of Mercy that embodies exceptional customer service, empathy, and adherence to our mission, values, and service standards.
Clinic Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:00pm

Qualifications:
Patient Services Coordinator
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of one year in a relevant medical office setting.
New hires are required to complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education.
All new employees will start in this role.
Advanced Patient Services Coordinator (Internal Candidates Only)
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Patient Services Coordinators advancing to the Advanced title must fulfill both Patient Services Coordinator and Advanced PR competencies before promotion.
