Job Opportunity: Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at My Time Recovery. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work).
  • Valid licensure as a therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
  • Current certification in CPR.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a mental health or dual diagnosis residential treatment facility.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT).
  • Experience working with trauma and eating disorders.
