Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Specialist to provide professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients. Responsibilities include assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment, transporting clients as requested or approved, preparing meals, performing housekeeping and laundry duties, and grocery shopping.

We prioritize patient safety, good hygiene, healthy eating, and medication adherence while influencing happiness, decreased social isolation, and improved mental health through engaging daily activities.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and location.
