- Ensure cleanliness and organization of leasing offices, models, clubhouses, public restrooms, and common areas.
- Prepare vacated units for rental in a timely manner.
- Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment to meet quality standards.
- Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Safeguard equipment and report any damages or issues.
- Order and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company practices.
- Comply with all safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations and report discrepancies promptly.
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
- High energy and a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write in English to understand instructions and safety labels.
- Willingness to work effectively with staff, vendors, contractors, and residents.
- Strong customer service skills and high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are recommended.
- Background checks, credit checks, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification are required.
