Responsibilities of the Residential Cleaner:
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of leasing offices, models, clubhouses, public restrooms, and common areas.
  • Prepare vacated units for rental in a timely manner.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals and equipment to meet quality standards.
  • Perform various cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Safeguard equipment and report any damages or issues.
  • Order and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company practices.
  • Comply with all safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Complete other assigned duties as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • High energy and a positive attitude to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and write in English to understand instructions and safety labels.
  • Willingness to work effectively with staff, vendors, contractors, and residents.
  • Strong customer service skills and high level of integrity.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are recommended.
  • Background checks, credit checks, pre-employment drug screening, and employment verification are required.
