F-22A Simulator Instructor Pilot

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking experienced F-22A Simulator Instructor Pilots to fulfill a critical role in our training operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct simulator training for RAP, DMO, LSB, and Distributed Live Control tactical and fundamental mission events.
2. Provide academic support and aircrew upgrade training within the simulator environment.
3. Design and oversee realistic training scenarios to enhance RAP/DMO/LSB tactical mission event training and aircrew basic skills.
4. Maintain detailed logs of daily simulator usage and report on each aircrew member's training progress to unit representatives.
5. Operate various training consoles, including the Mission Training Center (MTC) and Unit Training Device (UTD), to support tactical exercises and basic mission skills training.
6. Act as event manager for Air Force and Joint tactical exercises and Distributed Live Control events.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and monitoring student progress while ensuring quality assurance and safety standards are met.
Physical Requirements:
Normal office environment with the ability to enter and exit the simulator. Must be capable of delivering academic instruction for extended periods.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive, taking into account various factors such as market data and individual qualifications.

Qualifications:
1. Must be a U.S. citizen with proficiency in English and basic Microsoft Office skills.
2. Recent operational flight experience as an instructor or in similar simulator instructor roles.
3. Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft, including specific experience in the F-22.
4. Certification as an AF Form 8 Certified Instructor and ability to operate the simulator as a flight lead.
5. Completion of relevant instructor courses prior to or within six months of employment.
6. Must maintain necessary security clearances and training currency.
