Job Description

Job Title: Elevator Worker

Company: ADM

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain grain elevator equipment, including conveyors, scales, and grain dryers.
  • Monitor grain quality and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Load trucks and railcars using equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of grain inventory and transactions.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Life Critical Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including skid-steer loaders, tele-handlers, forklifts, and boom lifts.
  • Work at heights, including climbing ladders and descending stairs on bin tops.
  • Perform confined space work in extreme temperatures.

Basic Skills:

  • Work for prolonged periods in a variety of conditions, including hot, cold, and dusty environments.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Assist team members and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a background check.
