PT Renewables is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Principal Electrical Engineer. This is a 100% remote opportunity available, with a base salary of up to £65,000.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Power Engineering. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Transformers, Switchgear, and cables within Electrical Engineering.

The role will involve leading a team of engineers and coordinating with Project Managers to ensure designs align with project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICP/DNO design and be able to lead teams and inspire engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver high-quality designs for BESS and Renewable Energy projects
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure designs align with project timelines
  • Manage CAD Engineers and maintain quality assurance processes
Requirements
  • Chartered Electrical Engineer or equivalent qualification
  • Strong background in Electrical Power Engineering
  • Deep understanding of Transformers, Switchgear, and cables within Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in ICP/DNO design
  • Ability to lead teams and inspire engineering staff
