The Project Leader will collaborate closely with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • Lead and manage initiatives to meet local and regional stormwater requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for water quality and the Clean Water Act
  • Engage with clients, regulatory authorities, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Draft project scope documents, plans, and risk assessments
  • Effectively communicate project challenges and contingencies
  • Provide creative solutions to construction-related issues
  • Guide junior personnel and support marketing initiatives

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in California
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in stormwater design
  • Proficient in hydrology and hydraulic design software
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microstation
  • Knowledge of permit application processes for federal, state, and local agencies
  • Expertise in water quality management and NPDES regulations
  • Previous involvement in land development projects is preferred

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary range of $129,000-$154,000, contingent upon the candidate's experience. A performance-based discretionary bonus is also available.
