• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to assess offenders' mental health and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide behavioral training services to offenders, promoting positive behavioral change and rehabilitation.
• Lead individual and group counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment for offenders to address their mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with facility staff and outside treatment agencies to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
• Interpret psychological assessment results, providing valuable insights to inform treatment decisions.
• Adhere to scheduled assignments and perform additional duties as required by the facility.
