We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Avenue5 Residential, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of our properties are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and budget tracking.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives and resident needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce maintenance expenses and improve property efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
