Job Summary

The Secure Transport Driver is a critical role at Motas Inc., responsible for the secure transfer of marijuana products and payments between licensed facilities. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and inspect vehicles prior to departure, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Unload vehicles and stage orders in designated areas of the warehouse.
  • Verify all necessary details at pickups and deliveries, including manifests, tags, box counts, and labels.
  • Maintain communication with dispatchers and customers, using personal phones to report changes or issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service etiquette in all interactions.
  • Assist intake managers in receiving inventory at facilities.
  • Be available for on-call periods and use Paychex Iris ID to clock in and out of shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 75 pounds, as well as carry, twist, squat, kneel, and lower this load.
  • Drive for long periods of time and enter/exit cargo vehicles frequently.
General Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid MI Driver's License and State of Michigan Chauffeur License.
  • Ability to safely drive cargo vans and have a professional demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
