ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Developing and administering individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in physical therapy principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, along with relevant clinical experience and a current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT, are required.
