About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Redstone Restaurant Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Unload dirty dishes brought in by bussers and scrape, sort, and load dishes into the dishwashing machine.
  • Participate in regular employee meetings to ensure all procedures and safety rules are followed.
  • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent stamina and physical health are required.
  • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification.
  • Some experience working in the food service industry is preferred.

Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
