- Act with Integrity: Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as well as a valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
- Safe Driving Record: A safe driving record is essential, as you will be required to drive company vehicles.
- Participate in Training: Participate in and complete all company-required training programs.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, climb, stand, and walk for long periods of time, as well as perform moderately heavy laboring work.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
