Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.

- At least one (1) year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; three (3) years of experience is preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of management experience in a therapy setting.
