A. O. Smith is seeking a highly skilled EHSS Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Health and Safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the environment.

• EHSS Program Management: Develop and implement EHSS programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Safety Training and Awareness: Design and deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and near-misses, and report findings to management and regulatory agencies.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with EHSS, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of EHSS initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in EHSS or a related field.
• Certifications: ASP (Associate Safety Professional) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
