Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in a PCU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar setting.
- BSN degree or Associate of Science in Nursing.
- Current nursing license.
- A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.
