Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist children in developing social interactions, communication abilities, and managing repetitive or restrictive behaviors
  • Record and monitor child progress and developmental milestones
  • Implement behavior modification strategies as outlined by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Required Qualifications:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with special needs
  • Active certification with the BACB - Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Completion of college coursework in relevant fields such as psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of relevant experience


Experience working with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician is essential.
