Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Eric Waggoner - State Farm Agent. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
• Conduct needs assessments to identify customer insurance needs and provide recommendations for products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
