About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Clarity Performance Solutions.

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our computer systems and networks.

This is a full-time exempt position with an annual salary of approximately $65,000 based on experience, plus incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

About the Job

  • Provides technical support to end-users on various issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs, and performs testing activities on computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems.
  • Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates, and installs patches and resolves software-related problems.
  • Develops and maintains software and hardware inventory and tracking systems.
  • Maintains firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
  • Monitors the network for security risks and vulnerabilities.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the field or a related field.
  • Advanced technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
