About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamic care team at The Oxford in Haverhill. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen patients/residents and evaluate their communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct resident treatments in accordance with established plans of care
  • Consult with and train patients/residents and caregivers on effective communication strategies
  • Monitor and document patient/resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Speech Therapy
  • Current licensure by the applicable state agency
  • Two (2) years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred
  • CEUs per state licensure requirements
  • New graduates welcome
