Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our North America Marketing team as a part-time intern. This role will primarily support the development and execution of our creative and brand marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Management
    • Engage with our online communities to develop brand awareness and affinity across various social media platforms.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant stakeholders to share our content and build relationships.
    • Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow our online communities organically.
  • Creative
    • Research and write high-quality content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
    • Refresh and optimize existing content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
    • Upload and edit content in our content management system.
    • Source and curate high-quality images and graphics for use in our marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media
    • Assist in the development of social media-first content, including writing social media posts, sourcing images, and creating assets.
    • Monitor current events and trends to identify opportunities to insert our brand into relevant conversations.
  • General
    • Support marketing and PR campaigns as needed, including analyzing data and providing insights.
    • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of our marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be able to work part-time (20 hours per week) and be available to work remotely.
  • College students (juniors and seniors) and recent graduates pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to tell compelling stories.
  • Collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in writing and content creation, with a passion for developing engaging content.
  • Ability to adapt to our brand tone of voice and style guide.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sense of humor, contagious curiosity, and creativity.
  • Active on social media, with a strong understanding of what makes a good story on different platforms.
  • Passion for learning and professional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media metrics.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
