Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing direct patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization. As a Resource Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various clinical settings, including medical-surgical, intensive care, and emergency departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia or North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 18 months of recent bedside RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
- Advanced certifications in critical care, emergency nursing, or other specialty areas.
