Child Care Center Leader

At Learning Care Group, we're committed to providing a nurturing environment for children and families. As a Director in Training, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our child care centers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead and manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans.
Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
Promote a positive partnership within the surrounding community and ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
Innovate and spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
Build and recruit quality staff, and learn from our awesome leadership team to grow with the company.
**Requirements:**
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Must meet state education and experience requirements for child care director.
Must have 90 hours in Preschool and School Age.
2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
Director in Training: $50,000 to $55,000
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
