Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire and Water Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO of East Honolulu. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing restoration services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service calls and perform restoration services as assigned, following SERVPRO production guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and other production personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Support crew chiefs and other production personnel as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as required.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown to leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling.
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Exposure to chemicals.
  • Walking and standing for long periods, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, such as crawl spaces under buildings.
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
