Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy. The successful candidate will provide Physical Therapy services to our patients and support our teaching programs in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Physical Therapy and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing evidence-based Physical Therapy services to patients
- Teaching students in the clinical setting
- Representing the Faculty Practice within UCSF and the surrounding communities
- Maintaining an active dialogue with UCSF referring providers and within the UCSF Health community
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:
- A DPT degree from an accredited DPT Program
- Board certification or eligibility in Oncologic Clinical Specialist
- Current CA State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of CA to practice
- CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Cancer rehabilitation experience
- Interest/experience in lymphedema
