Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of potential candidates through various platforms, including internal systems and social media channels.
  • Assist in the evaluation of candidates through phone and video interviews.
  • Help present the most qualified candidates' profiles to our clients.
  • Coordinate interviews via telephone, video, and in-person formats.
  • Keep candidates updated throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to job marketing and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
  • A proactive attitude that brings energy and enthusiasm to the team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to professional growth through networking and training opportunities.
  • A Bachelor's degree expected by 2024.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruitment after graduation.
  • Availability to work part-time during the academic year, approximately 10-20 hours weekly.
