Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining DISH TV and smart home solutions in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Travel to customer locations, including climbing ladders and working in varying weather conditions
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
  • Performance incentives with the potential for up to $6,400 in the first year and $9,100 in subsequent years
