- Supervise and coordinate the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and communicating with physicians as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of guests' health status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions to prevent complications.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to guest care.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a strong background in nursing and leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state, with CPR certification.
