About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Spine and Pain Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, utilizing electronic health records (EHRs) to document patient information and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
