Urology Clinic Manager Job Description

Urology Austin, a leading provider of urological care, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our north market clinics. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing site leadership of our Georgetown, Cedar Park, and Round Rock clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff management, customer service, clinic workflow, quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Personnel Management: Perform all local human resource functions, including employee hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Financial Management: Manage clinic budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies, including State inspections, as applicable.
  • Stakeholder Management: Represent Urology Austin/clinics professionally in relationships with other health organizations, government agencies, and third-party payers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years medical practice leadership/management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience in financial and human resource management.
  • Experience in managing practice revenue cycle, including front desk and scheduling processes, together with billing processes.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining compliance within a medical practice.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
