The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Nursing Department at LifeBridge Health. As a RN on the MedSurg unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care, utilizing established clinical pathways
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and delegate patient care activities to team members
- Evaluate patient response to treatment and revise care plans as needed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
- CPR certification
- Medical Surgical Nurse Certification (MSC) preferred
