Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that involve patients, families, and social support systems.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide treatments based on established departmental guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams through oral and written communication.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Current Physical Therapist License (Washington) and Physical Therapist License (Oregon).
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 2 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment specific to patient load.
  • Orthopedic skills.
  • Group dynamics.
  • Equipment operation.
  • Advanced degree in specialty.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
