Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ICU nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our 17-bed Cardio Thoracic ICU. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
- 1-year experience in ICU or PCU.
- ACLS certification.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Competitive hourly rate of $55.00 plus travel package/stipend.
- 13-week assignments available with extension options.
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Retirement plans, including 403(b) matching.
