About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing algorithmic trading strategies in the futures markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize quantitative trading strategies with a focus on risk management and maximizing profitability.
• Execute strategies using proprietary algorithms, ensuring precision in order execution and effective risk management.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, news, and events to inform trading decisions and strategy adjustments.
• Implement and refine risk management protocols to safeguard against trading risks and optimize portfolio performance.
• Apply statistical and data analysis techniques to improve trading models and enhance strategy effectiveness.
• Collaborate with our technology team to innovate and optimize trading infrastructure, including both hardware and software.
• Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, with prompt reporting of any issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of trading activities, evaluating performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
