We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Cleveland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing individualized attention and nursing care to our residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, including assistance with daily living activities, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to supervisors, ensuring timely interventions and care.
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisors, including vital signs, resident weights, and collecting specimens.
  • Escort residents to dining areas, assist with feeding, and verify meal consumption.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, protecting resident belongings and property.
  • Respond to resident call lights promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with orienting residents and their families to our facility, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in activities and functions as directed, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
  • Complete electronic records, documenting care provided and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of employment is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A minimum of three months' prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred.
