Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel and other departments within the facility to ensure that nursing services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information, and report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.
• Perform other duties as assigned and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies to provide quality patient care.
