We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Critical Care Monitoring RN to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Critical Care Monitoring RN, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring in Las Cruces, NM.
In this role, you will work closely with the medical team to monitor and interpret patient data from various machines that track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and blood-oxygen levels. Your primary responsibility will be to identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team promptly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing basic bedside care to patients
- Monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients
- Identifying irregular telemetry readings and notifying the medical team
- Initiating corrective action when necessary
