Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality in the Cafe, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
  • Create and serve food and beverage items to meet customer needs
  • Promote daily specials and encourage upgrades to each order
  • Operate cash register and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs
  • Participate in events and programs to enhance customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Food Safety certification
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Enthusiastic and responsible team player
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this job include standing for extended periods, using hands and fingers, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
