Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, secure, and optimize the network infrastructure
  • Level 2 support, with opportunities to grow into Level 3 support
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring tickets are promptly addressed and resolved
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network issues, enhance network performance, and support the overall IT environment
  • Configure, install, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and configuration issues using ServiceNow ticketing systems
  • Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols
  • Design and implement new network solutions in collaboration with the IT team
  • Maintain documentation on network configurations and provide support to end-users
  • Perform routine network maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and network best practices
